The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering maintains a strong placement record, reflecting the effectiveness of its industry-oriented curriculum, skill development programs, and continuous support from the Training and Placement Cell. These initiatives help students develop technical competencies, professional skills, and industry readiness, enabling them to secure employment in core engineering and IT sectors.
In the academic year 2024–2025, 109 out of 199 final year students were placed, achieving a placement percentage of 57.77%, with the highest package of ₹9,50,016 and an average package of ₹4,29,331 per annum. In 2023–2024, 190 out of 264 students were placed with a placement percentage of 71.96%, the highest package of ₹16,74,000, and an average package of ₹4,52,287 per annum. Similarly, in 2022–2023, the department achieved a placement percentage of 79.54%, with 210 students placed out of 264, the highest package of ₹10,00,086, and an average package of ₹4,05,093 per annum, demonstrating consistent placement performance and strong industry engagement.
